“I am obsessed with Mama Melisse hot sauce. If you want to add some punch to your meal, this is a perfect alternative to other hot sauces. It is spicy but sweet, and pairs well with everything.

I use it as a spread on my toast with poached eggs and spinach, or put a dollop onto of my frittata to add a bit of zing. It is also perfect on BBQ meats, burgers and vegetables. Mix it with a bit of mayo with hot chips- delicious!
